Welcome to Zazu Mobile! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our smartphone financing services. By applying for financing, you agree to abide by these Terms.


1. Eligibility

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid national ID to apply.

1.2. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the application process.

1.3. Approval is subject to Zazu Mobile’s assessment and verification process.


2. Financing & Payments

2.1. You agree to pay a deposit and complete payments in agreed dailyweekly or monthly installments.

2.2. Payments must be made via the Zazu Mobile App

2.3. Late payments may result in penalties, temporary phone locking, or additional charges.

2.4. Early repayment is allowed, and you may benefit from reduced interest charges.


3. Phone Ownership & Usage

3.1. The financed smartphone remains the property of Zazu Mobile until all installments are fully paid.

3.2. If payments are missed beyond the grace period, Zazu Mobile reserves the right to lock the device remotely.

3.3. The phone must be used responsibly, and its warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s terms.


4. Default & Consequences of Non-Payment

4.1. If you fail to make payments, Zazu Mobile may:

• Lock your phone until payment is received.

• Report non-payment to credit bureaus, affecting your credit score.

• Take legal action to recover the outstanding balance.

4.2. Multiple missed payments may result in the permanent blocking of the device.


5. Privacy & Data Protection

5.1. We collect and store customer data for verification, security, and communication purposes.

5.2. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or for debt recovery.

5.3. Zazu Mobile implements security measures to protect customer information but is not liable for unauthorised access due to negligence.


6. Termination & Cancellation

6.1. You may cancel your financing agreement by paying off the remaining balance in full.

6.2. Zazu Mobile reserves the right to terminate the agreement if fraudulent information is provided or terms are violated.


7. Amendments & Dispute Resolution

7.1. Zazu Mobile may update these Terms, and changes will be communicated via SMS, email, or website updates.

7.2. Disputes shall be resolved through customer support, and unresolved matters may be escalated to mediation or legal arbitration.
