Does my phone come with a warranty?
Yes, your phone will come with the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Be sure to check with the retailer before purchase.
What happens if my phone is stolen or lost?
If your phone is lost or stolen, contact us immediately. Your phone will be locked to prevent misuse. Then you report the case to the nearest Police Station and get a Police letter together with a case number. Submit these over to us to have our recovery team start tracing the phone. On verification that your phone was indeed stolen, your outstanding balance on the contract will be covered by us.
